Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using AGI Come (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AGI Come is a web-based AI image generation and enhancement platform. Users submit text prompts (and optional reference images) and receive AI-generated images. We also provide a one-click resolution enhancement feature for previously generated images.

Underlying AI models are licensed from third-party providers. We do not train our own foundation models and do not retain customer prompts or generated images for model-training purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• You may register using a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• The Service operates on a one-time, pay-as-you-go credit model. Credits are consumed when an image is successfully generated.
• Each credit pack expires 30 days after purchase. Unused credits within an expired pack are forfeited and are not refundable.
• Failed image generations (model errors, content moderation blocks) automatically refund the consumed credits to your balance within seconds.
• We do not offer subscriptions or recurring charges. Every purchase is a single, one-time transaction.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of consumed credits.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the images generated from your prompts for personal and commercial purposes, except where the underlying model provider’s terms restrict commercial use.

Our platform

All software, design, logos, and branding of AGI Come are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform without prior written consent.

Pricing and payment terms are described on the pricing page. International payments are processed by our authorized merchant of record. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes the data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unintended content. You are solely responsible for verifying suitability of generated content for your intended use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AGI COME BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via zp.zhang@agi-come.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s registered jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they shall be submitted to the appropriate competent court or arbitration body in that jurisdiction.
