We want every customer to be satisfied. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Automatic refunds for failed generations
If an image generation fails for any reason (model error, content moderation block, server timeout, upstream provider outage), the consumed credits are automatically credited back to your account within seconds. No manual support ticket is needed for these cases.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee for unused credit packs
If you have purchased a credit pack and have not consumed any credits from it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing zp.zhang@agi-come.com with your order number.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Some banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund.
3. Partially consumed packs
Once any credit from a pack has been consumed in a successful image generation, that pack is considered “in use” and is not eligible for refund. This is industry standard for digital, on-demand AI services because the underlying compute cost has already been paid by us to the model provider.
Exception: If you experience a service disruption that prevents you from using your purchased credits (e.g., extended platform downtime), please contact support — we evaluate such cases on a good-faith basis and may issue a prorated refund or credit extension.
4. Expired credit packs
Each credit pack expires 30 days after purchase. Unused credits within an expired pack are forfeited and are not refundable. We send a reminder email before expiration.
5. Subscription cancellations
We do not currently offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time top-ups. There is nothing to “cancel” — your credits simply remain available until used or expired.
6. Chargebacks & disputes
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first at zp.zhang@agi-come.com. We respond within 24 hours and will work with you to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
For chargebacks filed in error, we will provide transaction logs (including timestamps, IP, and consumption history) to the payment processor as evidence. False chargebacks may result in permanent account ban.
7. EU & UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, the EU Consumer Rights Directive grants you a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services. By initiating an image generation, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw once the service has begun. Unused, untouched credit packs remain refundable as described in Section 2.

- We confirm receipt within 24 hours and resolve within 3 business days
