AGI Come is committed to providing a safe, ethical, and responsible AI image generation platform. This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) defines what content and behavior are prohibited. Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of unused credits, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
1. Strictly prohibited content
You may not use the Service to generate, request, share, or attempt to generate any of the following:
a) Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any sexual or sexualized depictions of minors (real, drawn, generated, or implied)
- Suggestive or fetishized imagery of children, even if non-explicit
- Content sexualizing minors in fiction, anime, manga, or any artistic style
We have zero tolerance for this category. Violations are reported to NCMEC and equivalent international authorities, and accounts are permanently terminated and blocked.
b) Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Sexual or nude imagery of real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent
- “Revenge porn” or images intended to harass, shame, or coerce
- Deepfake intimate content of any real person, regardless of public-figure status
c) Real-person impersonation & deepfakes
- Imagery of real, identifiable individuals (politicians, celebrities, private persons) shown engaging in acts they did not actually perform, especially in misleading contexts (fake news, fabricated events, false statements)
- Content designed to deceive viewers about the identity, words, or actions of a real person
d) Violence, gore, and incitement
- Graphic depictions of real-world violence, torture, or death
- Content promoting or glorifying terrorism, mass violence, or self-harm
- Detailed instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or harmful biological/chemical agents
e) Hate speech and discrimination
- Content that dehumanizes, threatens, or incites violence against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Symbols, slogans, or imagery promoting hate groups
f) Illegal activity
- Imagery facilitating drug trafficking, human trafficking, or other crimes
- Counterfeit currency, identification documents, or trademarks intended to defraud
- Phishing, malware, or social-engineering content
g) Fraud & scams
- Fake product mockups misrepresenting brands you don’t own
- Imagery for use in fake reviews, fake testimonials, or other deceptive marketing
h) Intellectual property infringement
- Reproducing copyrighted characters, logos, or artwork in commercial use without rights
- Trademark dilution or counterfeiting
2. Adult content
The Service is not intended for explicit adult content (NSFW). Our content-safety pipeline blocks prompts and outputs that match adult, fetishistic, or pornographic patterns. Repeated attempts to circumvent this filter will result in account suspension.
3. Platform abuse
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass content-safety filters via prompt injection, encoding tricks, or jailbreak techniques
- Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, abuse rate limits, or exhaust our resources
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without explicit written agreement
- Share account credentials with multiple users to evade per-user pricing
- Use the Service to generate training data for competing AI models
- Probe, scan, or test our infrastructure for vulnerabilities outside an authorized bug-bounty program
4. How we enforce
- Pre-generation moderation: every prompt is automatically scanned against our policy before any model compute is consumed.
- Post-generation moderation: every generated image is automatically scanned before delivery; flagged outputs are blocked and the user is automatically refunded.
- Audit logging: all moderation decisions, prompts, and metadata are logged for 180 days.
- Manual review: repeated violations or ambiguous cases are reviewed by our team.
- Reporting: CSAM is reported to NCMEC; other illegal content may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5. Reporting violations
If you encounter content on or via AGI Come that violates this Policy, please report it to zp.zhang@agi-come.com with as much detail as possible (image ID, URL, screenshot). We investigate every report within 24 hours.
6. Appeals
If your account is suspended and you believe it was in error, you may appeal by emailing zp.zhang@agi-come.com with your account email and an explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. Decisions on Tier-1 violations (CSAM, terrorism, etc.) are final.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy as new abuse patterns emerge or as our underlying model providers’ policies evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
