Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a subscription?
No. AGI Come is purely pay-as-you-go. You buy a credit pack, you use it within 30 days, and that’s it. No automatic renewal, no surprise charges.
What happens to unused credits?
Each pack expires 30 days after purchase. We send a reminder email before expiration. Unused credits in an expired pack are forfeited. We recommend buying smaller packs first to gauge your usage.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused credit packs are fully refundable within 14 days. Once any credit from a pack has been consumed, the pack is no longer refundable. See our Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
International payments are processed by Creem (our authorized merchant of record). They support credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal in supported regions. All major currencies are auto-converted.
Are taxes included in the price?
Sales tax, VAT, GST, and other applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location. Our merchant of record handles tax collection and remittance.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New users receive 10 free credits at signup, valid for 7 days. Enough to generate 1 starter image and try the experience before purchasing.
